When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, last name, email address, country, Instagram username, clothing size, gender and style interests, together with your consent record.

When you contact us we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. If you become a member we also collect measurements, wardrobe notes, styling preferences and billing details processed by our payment provider.

We collect limited technical data such as device type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

To review waitlist applications, allocate Founding 66 places, deliver styling and shopping services, administer the founding giveaway, answer enquiries, and send membership updates where you have consented.

We rely on your consent for marketing communications and giveaway entry, on the performance of a contract to deliver membership services, and on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve SIXSIXSS.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — email delivery, hosting, analytics and payment processing — under contract and only as needed. We do not sell your personal data. Brand partners never receive your details unless you ask us to introduce you.

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to remove them or until the founding intake closes and you have declined membership. Member records are kept for the duration of your membership and for six years afterwards where required for tax and accounting.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@sixsixss.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
